1. Validity of General Terms and Conditions

This term applies to all prepaid eSIM resale services provided by eSIMTours.com (hereinafter referred to as "eSIMTours"). Users who use the services through the official website (https://www.esimtours.com) are deemed to have accepted this term.

2. Description of Services

2.1 eSIM Resale Services

  • Service format: Prepaid eSIM are sold through the official website.
  • Payment method: Stripe (https://stripe.com/), JKOPAY, etc.

2.2 User Registration Requirements

To complete registration, users need to provide the following information:

  • Name (or nickname)
  • Address (billing address)
  • Email address

2.3 Service Availability Commitment

  • eSIMTours will make every effort to provide quality service, but does not make the following guarantees:
    • Service is continuously available
    • The service is provided on time
    • Absolute safety or no failures

2.4 User Behavior Guidelines

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Abuse, illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Damages or disrupts the network

Violations may result in eSIMTours suspending services and notifying users promptly. Users must continue to pay fees during the suspension period.

3. Contract Duration and Termination

  • Effective date: The contract takes effect when the user places an order on the official website.
  • Termination: The contract ends when the user receives the purchased eSIM.
  • Activation: eSIM activation is handled by the user.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Rules

  • Payment channels: Stripe, JKOPAY, etc.
  • Settlement currency: US Dollar (USD)
  • Tax note: All listed fees include VAT (unless otherwise stated)

4.2 Disputes

  • Users must raise disputes within 7 days of receiving the bill.
  • Users need to provide the details of the dispute and the amount involved.

5. Delivery and After-sales Service

  • Delivery method: Users must provide an email to receive the eSIM QR code.
  • Refund/Change conditions:
    • Technical issue: If eSIMTours cannot be activated due to a technical fault, you can request a refund or a replacement.
    • Balance restrictions: The account balance cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, or combined with discount coupons.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

  • Data Protection: Protect user data in accordance with privacy policies.
  • Data Usage:
    • Fulfill contractual obligations
    • Send contract-related product information (including marketing emails)
  • Authorization and Revocation:
    • Users agree to receive electronic marketing information by default, but may revoke authorization at any time by submitting a written notice to eSIMTours (including email address).

7. Disclaimer

Under the following circumstances, should you be unable to get connected using eSIMTours or the data connection service does not meet expectations, eSIMTours will not be liable for compensation of losses or breach of contract. The circumstances include but are not limited to the following:

  • Transmission interruption caused by telecom operators equipment room or network failure
  • Force majeure events such as typhoons, earthquakes, power outages, floods, wars, and terrorist attacks
  • The hacker attack caused the system to go down
  • User terminal device malfunction
  • Areas without signal coverage, incl. remote areas, subways, tunnels, basements, mountainous areas, offshore, etc.

8. Service Management and Control

  • Fair use policy: If users abuse the service (e.g., excessive data usage) and affect others network experience, the operator may restrict or terminate the service.
  • Usage restrictions: Renting, mortgaging, reverse engineering, or tampering with eSIMTours service is prohibited.
  • Anti-fraud measures: eSIMTours reserves the right to reset balances or suspend accounts for malicious score manipulation or fraudulent transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • No availability guarantee: We do not guarantee continuous service availability and are not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions.

10. Legal Validity and Contact Information

  • This agreement's validity, interpretation, change, execution, and dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
