Will my eSIM expire if I don't use it immediately?

Yes, there is an activation time limit. Most eSIMs you purchase must be activated within 30 days of completing your order. After this period, the installation QR code will expire and can no longer be bound to a device.

If your QR code expires because you didn't activate it in time, you don't need to repurchase the eSIM. Simply contact our official support with your order details to request a new QR code.
