How to fix "PDP Authentication Failed"?

"PDP Authentication Failed" usually relates to APN settings, plan status, or network configuration. Please follow these steps:

1. Check and set the correct APN

  • Open Settings——Go to Cellular——Select your eSIM——Tap Cellular Data Network——Enter the APN exactly as provided (usually lowercase, no spaces)

Incorrect APN is the most common cause.

2. Verify your eSIM plan status

  • Is the plan active?
  • Does it have remaining data?
  • Is it within the validity period?

A problem with the plan will cause PDP authentication to fail.

3. Manually select the carrier

  • Open Settings——Go to Cellular——Tap Carrier——Turn off Automatic——Select the carrier supported by your eSIM plan——This avoids connecting to an incompatible network.
