How do I delete my eSIM?

We recommend "disabling instead of deleting" to avoid irreversible loss. If you do need to delete the eSIM, it must be on the premise that the plan has expired. The specific rules and operation steps are as follows:

Prerequisite for Deletion (Important)

Only delete the eSIM when:

  • The eSIM plan has expired;
  • You are certain that you will not reuse this eSIM in the future.

If the plan is still active or you may use the eSIM again later, we strongly recommend choosing the "disable" operation (see below for details) to avoid being unable to recover it after deletion.

Device-Specific Deletion Steps

iOS Devices

Open Settings on your phone——Go to the Cellular page——Select the target eSIM from the SIM list——Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Remove eSIM——Tap Remove eSIM again in the pop-up confirmation window to complete the deletion.

Android Devices

Open Settings on your phone——Go to the SIM cards & mobile networks page——Find and tap the Manage eSIMs option——Select the target eSIM from the eSIM list——Choose Remove eSIM and tap Confirm in the pop-up window to complete the deletion.

If you only don't need to use the eSIM temporarily, there's no need to delete it. Disabling it directly will retain the profile, and you can enable it at any time later:

iOS Devices: Go to Settings → Cellular → Target eSIM, and toggle off the Enable This Line switch;

Android Devices: Go to Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks → Manage eSIMs → Target eSIM, and select Disable mobile plan.
