How to install eSIM on iOS using a QR code?

Not all iOS devices support eSIM, so please check if your device is compatible before you start.

Once you've confirmed your iOS device supports eSIM and is connected to a stable internet connection, follow these steps:

Install the eSIM

Open Settings——Go to Cellular——Tap Add eSIM——Select Use QR Code——Tap Scan QR Code——Scan the QR code provided by your carrier——After scanning, tap Continue——Select the plan type (usually Data Only)——Choose a label for your eSIM (e.g., "Travel eSIM")——Choose whether to enable Low Data Mode (optional)——Wait for the eSIM to activate (usually a few seconds to a few minutes)

Enable eSIM Data

Open Settings——Go to Cellular——Make sure your eSIM appears in the list and is enabled——If not enabled, select the eSIM to activate it——To avoid roaming charges on your primary SIM, we recommend turning off Cellular Data Switching——Go to Cellular——select your eSIM——Turn on Data Roaming (required for international use)
