How to install eSIM on a Google Pixel device?

Not all Google Pixel models support eSIM, so please check compatibility before you start.

Once you've confirmed your Google Pixel supports eSIM and is unlocked, follow these steps:

I. Before you start

1. Make sure your device is connected to Wi‑Fi or a stable mobile network.
2. Go to My eSIM on our website.
3. Select the eSIM you want to install.
4. Choose your preferred installation method: QR code or Manual.

II. Install using a QR code

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Network & internet.
3. Find SIMs or Mobile network.
4. Tap the + icon next to SIM.
5. When prompted with "Change to download SIM?", tap Next.
6. Scan the eSIM QR code from our website.
7. Tap Download to install the eSIM profile.
8. After installation, go back to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs.
9. Turn on the toggle for your eSIM to make sure it's active.
10. Turn on Mobile data and Data roaming (required for international use).

III. Manual installation

If you choose manual installation, use the SM-DP+ address and activation code provided by your carrier:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Network & internet → SIMs.
3. Tap + Add eSIM.
4. Select Enter activation code or Manual entry.
5. Enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code.
6. Tap Download or Next.
7. After installation, enable the eSIM, mobile data, and data roaming.
