How do I change my eSIM label?

Most phones support multiple eSIMs and allow you to switch between them as needed. During the eSIM installation process, your device will automatically assign a default label to your new eSIM. You can then rename it anytime. We recommend setting a custom label for your eSIM to easily distinguish between different plans or purposes. Below are the steps for iOS and most Android devices, and you can edit the label as many times as you like.

iOS Devices

Go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data in some regions);

In the SIM list, tap the eSIM you want to rename;

Select Cellular Plan Label or Cellular Number Label;

Tap Custom Label, enter a recognizable name (such as "Europe Travel Data" or "Business eSIM"), then go back to apply the changes.

Go to Settings → Network & Internet, Mobile Network, or Connections;

Select SIM Card Manager or SIM Management → tap the target eSIM;

Tap Rename → enter the new label → save to apply the changes.
