Can I install the same eSIM on multiple devices?
No. Each eSIM is designed for use on a single device only. Once activated, it becomes permanently linked to the hardware of that device and cannot be installed, transferred, or reused on another device.
Key Restrictions and Reasons
Single‑device binding: When an eSIM is activated, it is matched with the device's unique hardware identifier. After binding, it can only be used on that specific device. Even if uninstalled, it cannot be reinstalled on the same device or any other device.
Security and compliance: This restriction helps protect the security of your eSIM plan and prevents sharing of a single plan across multiple users or devices, ensuring that each plan is assigned to one user and one device.
Important Reminder
Before installation, please make sure to install the eSIM only on the device you plan to use long‑term during the plan's validity period. This avoids losing access to the eSIM if you switch devices.
If you delete an activated eSIM due to device replacement or troubleshooting, it cannot be recovered. You will need to purchase a new eSIM and complete the activation process again to use mobile data in your destination.
